Andrew has been at the forefront of the East London property market for over 30 years during which time he has been responsible for some of the area’s most prestigious development schemes. Having cut his teeth as a commercial agent in Clerkenwell, he joined Stirling Ackroyd where for 20 years he helped to establish and grow the local residential market and combined his position as Head of Development with the role of Managing Director. In 2018 he set up East First and plays a major part in all aspects of the consultancy.

After studying Estate Management at Oxford Brooks University, Albert qualified as a member of the Rics whilst working at Savills before teaming up with his father in 2018. He drives the day-to-day business at East First and has both the passion for and technical understanding of the development process. A natural deal maker, he works tirelessly for clients to negotiate the best structure and maximise value across a variety of sectors.

Having achieved an MA from Glasgow University in Urban Planning, Anna joined East First and is responsible for research and analysis. Her understanding of local authority planning policy is crucial when assessing development opportunities and she assists in unlocking any site’s maximum potential. Her genuine love of research also enables the team to evaluate re-sale values and gives clients confidence that they are receiving thought out and accurate advice.

Jack is the newest addition to our team having recently completed an Estate Management Degree at Oxford Brookes University. Also from a property family, Jack has a genuine passion for the industry and works closely on both the research and transactional side of the business. His enthusiasm is a key asset and his interest in all parts of urban regeneration is helping to unlock opportunities in new areas.
